The Legacy Library
The Legacy Library initiative brings the gift of reading directly into neighborhoods—one bookstand at a time. Our custom-designed mini libraries are placed in parks, schools, community centers, and other high-traffic locations, offering free access to books for children and young adults.
How It Works:
Easy Borrow & Return: Children and teens can take a book home and return it when finished—no membership, no cost, just the joy of discovery.
Curated Collections: Each bookstand features titles selected for different age groups and interests, regularly refreshed by our team and donors.
Literacy Events: We host “Story Days” and author visits to spark excitement around reading and learning.
Community Stewardship: Local volunteers help maintain the stands and encourage ongoing engagement.
Share Your Story: Readers are invited to leave notes or reviews, building a living record of impact and connection.
